Case Study - 1:1 PowerPoint Coaching

The main focus for these coaching sessions was to up skill the consultants and support staff of a large training organisation. Not only to give them the basic technical knowledge of how to use PowerPoint but also to get them to think differently about how PowerPoint could become a more powerful tool in their training sessions. One of the key messages was to raise the profile of corporate standards and make the delegates feel proud of the work they were producing.

The challenge was to pitch the coaching at the right level for each delegate as they were from a large cross section of the business. The culture was challenging as they were going through structural changes.

Topics included: PowerPoint and it's uses, navigating the application and shortcuts, looking at slides as paintings, visual do's and don'ts.

The sessions were intense but highly effective and creativity began to slowly buzz around the organisation.
